Finding your size

Measure the widest part of the hips or the waist — not the trouser size. Every range below is built from the sizes we actually make, so a size shown here is a size you can order.

Measure the widest part of the hips or waist. Between two sizes: size up for a taped brief, size down for a pull-up pant.

How to measure

Stand relaxed and pass a tape around the widest part of the hips or the belly, whichever is larger. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight. Measure over underwear, not over clothing.

Between two sizes

Take the larger size for a taped brief — the tapes take up the slack. Take the smaller size for a pull-up pant, which needs to hold by itself at the waist and the legs.
